To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LHI provides the Software "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. LHI does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

In no event will LHI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Software, even if LHI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LHI, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Software or any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
